			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Two of my good friends Mikael Blix and Johan Berglund at <a href="http://www.sportion.se/" target="_blank">Sportion Media Group</a> are expanding with a new office in Stockholm. They need new employees and was recently launching this site as the first step in the recruitingprocess: <a href="http://www.stockholmsbastasaljare.se/">www.stockholmsbästasäljare.se</a>. I like this new website and I&#8217;m sure that they will get a lot of applications very fast. When you are recruiting the main thing is to get a big volume of applications, then filter them and pick out the best ones. Mikael and Johan knows what big volumes are &#8211; their site is visited by over <strong>400.000 people every week!</strong> (This is a Swedish site and we only have 9.3 million inhabitants)</p>
