Big volumes – importent when you recruit

Two of my good friends Mikael Blix and Johan Berglund at Sportion Media Group are expanding with a new office in Stockholm. They need new employees and was recently launching this site as the first step in the recruitingprocess: www.stockholmsbästasä I like this new website and I’m sure that they will get a lot of applications very fast. When you are recruiting the main thing is to get a big volume of applications, then filter them and pick out the best ones. Mikael and Johan knows what big volumes are – their site is visited by over 400.000 people every week! (This is a Swedish site and we only have 9.3 million inhabitants)
