Wilson Creative is a creative advertising agency in Kalmar, Sweden.

The agency was started in 2005 and nowdays has 5 employees. Wilson is now looking for a Web developer who is skilled in the areas of XHTML, CSS, AJAX and PHP/MySQL.

In addition to web Wilson also works extensively with advertising and especially communication targeting mostly young audiences – tomorrow’s most exciting consumers. They use traditional aswell as untraditional marketing methods, and they often use new media to spread their word.

Last week I had the opportunity to meet a lot of inspiring people! First out was Daniel Kaplan, one of the entrepreneurs behind Tradera.com, followed by Ebba Von Sydow, Carl Fredrik Sammelli, Urban Bäckström and the young entrepreneurs from “Historiens Bästa Generation”. The day was filled with energy! We had a lot to talk about and some of us stayed up until 05.00 in the morning.

The next day we had a morning meeting and while eating breakfast we discovered that we was in the newspaper (Dagens Industri) which gave me even more energy!

The contest (Entreprenörsjakten) is back! Last year some of the most promising young swedish entrepreneurs and achievers was attending. I was following the final and it was very inspiring to watch. So are you born between 1984-1991 and looking for an adventure then hurry up and apply!

Few minutes ago the winner of the prestige full competition Entrepreneur Of The Year by Ernst & Young was presented and it was Björn Örås the super-entrepreneur with his companies Poolia, Uniflex and Bro Hof Golf.

I really like winners, who doesn’t? They inspire us, they make it happened and they are truly the role models!

Two of my good friends Mikael Blix and Johan Berglund at Sportion Media Group are expanding with a new office in Stockholm. They need new employees and was recently launching this site as the first step in the recruitingprocess: www.stockholmsbästasäljare.se. I like this new website and I’m sure that they will get a lot of applications very fast. When you are recruiting the main thing is to get a big volume of applications, then filter them and pick out the best ones.
